Mont Marte Premium Gesso is a premium quality primer that provides an ideal base for any type of painting — be it acrylic, oil, or tempera.
Thanks to its high pigmentation, it creates a smooth, even and slightly textured surface that increases paint adhesion and contrast in colors.

• For best results, apply a second coat after the first coat has dried.
• Between each coat, lightly smooth the surface with a fine scraper to achieve a smooth texture.
• Keep it hermetically sealed to prevent it from drying out.
