By using the website or purchasing products, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as other policies published on the website, including the Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate a customer’s access to the website if the customer violates these Terms, uses the website improperly, or acts fraudulently or in bad faith.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photos, prices, stock availability, and other information displayed on the website are as accurate and up to date as possible.

However, technical errors, inaccurate information, pricing errors, stock errors, or other inaccuracies may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the information, update the product description or price, or cancel the order if necessary, after informing the customer.

The color, size, or visual characteristics of a product shown on the screen may slightly differ from the actual product, depending on the device screen, lighting, or photo conditions.

Prices displayed on the website are listed in Georgian Lari, unless otherwise stated.

Placing an order does not mean that the order has been automatically confirmed. An order is considered accepted only after the customer receives the relevant confirmation or the order is processed by Lumino.

The customer is required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order, including first and last name, phone number, email address, and delivery address.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery may be delayed or may not be completed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • the order appears suspicious or fraudulent;

  • the information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete;

  • there is another objective reason that makes it impossible to fulfill the order.

Payment information is processed through secure payment providers and Shopify systems. Full card details are not available to us and are not stored by us.

The customer is required to provide a correct phone number and address so that the order can be delivered.

Product returns, exchanges, refunds, or Store Credit are regulated by Lumino’s Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Discounts and Promo Codes
