Return and Refund Policy
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

After signing in, open the relevant order and use the return request option.
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Order confirmation or other proof of purchase may be required.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
After a return request is received, the product will be inspected by Lumino. If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method or, by agreement with the customer, Store Credit may be issued for use on future orders at Lumino.ge.
Returns may be rejected if the product has been opened, used, damaged, or returned with incomplete or damaged packaging.
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number along with relevant photo or video evidence.
