LUMINO is an art supply store in Tbilisi where customers can choose paints, brushes, papers, sketchbooks, craft, and other creative materials.

Working Conditions

• Address: Tbilisi, Petre Kavtaradze 78
• Work schedule: 3–5 working days per week, by agreement
• Working hours: 11:00–20:00, with a 1-hour break
• Days off: 2 days per week
• Salary: Fixed + bonus from sales
• Expected total income for full-time work: 900–1300 GEL
• The exact amount depends on the number of working days and sales performance.
• The first month is an introductory/training period and is paid.

What you will do

• Polite greeting, consultation, and offering products to customers
• Providing information about promotions and special offers
• Studying the product assortment and providing accurate information to customers
• Participating in inventory control
• Properly arranging products on shelves and controlling price tags
• Participating in the process of receiving and placing new products
• Participating in sales and cashier-related processes
• Adhering to service standards and internal rules
• Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace

Essential requirements

• Fluent communication in Georgian
• Ability to interact politely and positively with customers
• Responsibility and punctuality
• Attention to detail
• Ability to quickly absorb new information
• Ability to work in a team

Considered an advantage

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Knowledge of English or Russian at a communicative level
• Experience working with a cash register or store software
• Interest in art, craft, or other creative materials
