Vacancy: Sales Consultant – LUMINO (Art Supplies Store)

LUMINO - Art Materials Store has been serving customers faithfully since 2019. "Lumino" offers customers a variety of creative materials: art materials, paints, modeling and sculpture materials, tools and DIY / craft accessories. You can learn more about Lumino on the official website Lumino.ge  

Requirements:

• Polite customer welcome, consultation and product offer;

• Providing information about promotions and special offers;

• Knowledge of product assortment and control of balances;

• Standard product placement on shelves, correct and timely placement of price tags, control of merchandising processes, inventory.

• Updating the customer database and registering in the appropriate program, opening and processing cards.

• When receiving new products, assist the manager in effectively placing merchandise in the hall

• Conducting all other activities related to sales and cash register.

• Participation in activities planned by the company to attract customers

• Follow service standards, safety regulations and company policies

• Maintaining cleanliness in the workplace

Qualification requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales (in any field)

• Knowledge of English or Russian at a conversational level is mandatory.

• Knowledge of modern sales trends

Personal qualities and skills:

• Fluent and sophisticated speaking skills, sociability, and the ability to establish positive relationships with customers for the purpose of negotiation and persuasion.

• Organization, determination and results-oriented in order to fulfill the sales plan.

• Ability to understand/absorb information and instructions

• Responsibility and respect for working hours

• Ability to operate effectively in critical situations

Working conditions:

• Location: Tbilisi, Petre Kavtaradze 78

• Work schedule: 5 days a week

• Rest: 2 days a week

• Working hours: 11:00 - 20:00 (1 hour break)

• Salary type: Fixed + Bonus

• Salary: Accrued 1650 GEL (769 GEL fixed + bonus %, depending on sales)

• Probationary period (paid): 1 month
