Refund Policy
In case of purchasing on the website, the user has the opportunity to exchange or return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original packaging and has not been used. The right to return the purchased product is subject to the following conditions:
- If the product specifications do not correspond to the information specified on the site or if the product has a defect due to transportation.
- In case of denial of the agreement, the user must have the first-hand product and it should be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
During the return of the product, it must include all the components and accessories, and documents must be attached (confirmation document for payment).
In case of disagreement with the signed agreement, the user is obliged to:
- Return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Provide a filled form or another written statement that describes the decision about the return of the product.
- Include the following information: Name, accurate address, email address, order date, order receipt number, date of receiving the order, user's name, user's address, user's signature (if the form is on paper).
- Provide a document confirming the payment.
When delivering to the branch, the authorized representative of the company performs a visual inspection of the product. If there is a discrepancy with the above criteria, the company has the right to refuse the user to return the product.
In case of a desire to return the product, the user must take full responsibility for the transportation/damage risk during the transportation of the product.
The user is obliged to personally ensure the return of the product and cover the costs associated with the return along with the associated costs with the return.
The seller has the right to reduce the value of the returned product by an amount corresponding to the reduction in the value of the product if the user has used the product for purposes other than identifying the nature, properties, and functionality of the product.
In the case of a product with a reduced price, the user has the right to return/exchange the product within 3 working days from receiving the product.
Return is not applicable to the products specified on the company's website, except for the cases provided by the legislation of Georgia.
